The company delivers flexibly in many ways, directly to customers, cash on delivery or customers transferring money in advance.

In addition, the company also has a policy to support exchange and return goods for agents.

• Manufacturer/company fault: exchange 100% (not accepting damaged goods due to customer's fault – improper storage/transportation etc.).
• Slow moving stock/ close to expiry date: the company allows 100% exchange in the first 3 months from the time of first order, after 3 months the company allows to exchange and return with a fee (customers are refunded a part of the value of the goods, depending on the remaining shelf-life).

Goods distributed by Chatude Global Joint Stock Company are officially imported, with translation labels, food safety documentation and full invoices.
